You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights and choices on your behalf, in accordance with applicable law. Provide written proof of your agent's permission to act on your behalf. Requests from agents may be denied if written proof is not provided or the agent's identity cannot be verified.

We do not sell personal information of consumers known to be under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization from the minor (13-16 years old) or the parent/guardian of a minor under 13 years of age.

It excludes de-identified or aggregated consumer information, health or medical information covered by HIPAA or the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and information covered by specific sector privacy laws.

Includes personal information revealing social security, driver's license, state ID, or passport numbers; account log-ins with security codes; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; union membership; mail/email/text message contents; genetic data; biometric information; health information; and information concerning sex life or sexual orientation.
